One of my absolute favourite gadgets is my Air Fryer. I use it several times each week, usually to cook some type of potato. A family favourite in our house is these air fryer potato wedges which are ready in less than half an hour and taste delicious.
Why not give them a try?
While frozen potato wedges are quick and easy, really like making my own seasoned potato wedges too. They only take a few minutes to make and they taste amazing. I usually try to coat them half an hour before cooking to allow them time to absorb the lovely flavours.
Can I Cook This Recipe In The Oven Instead of The Air Fryer?
Yes, you can cook these potato wedges in the oven – they take 35 – 45 minutes at 200 degrees (gas mark six). Make sure to check them a couple of times to turn them and make sure they aren’t starting to burn. Appliances can vary quite a bit so you may need to adjust the cooking time slightly.

What Can I Serve Air Fryer Potato Wedges With?
My favourite things serve my air fryer potato wedges with is garlic chicken and beetroot and cucumber salad but they can be served with whatever you like.
They make a great side at barbeques and parties and they also taste great topped with bacon and cheese.

Air Fryer Potato Wedges – Hints and Tips
While I’ve included the exact measures for the herbs and spices in this recipe, if you don’t have quite enough of one or two of them, it won’t make a huge amount of difference to the outcome. You can also spice them up a bit by adding some chilli flakes or hot paprika. These air fryer potato wedges are best if the potato skins are left on.
While you can easily double or even triple this recipe, I can’t fit more than this amount in my air fryer in one go, so you may want to consider cooking the wedges in batches.
I find 750 grams of potatoes is enough to feed four people but you’ll know roughly how much to cook for your needs and you can adjust the spices accordingly. This recipe can also be halved if needed.
Air fryers do differ so while I’ve done my best to provide accurate temperatures and timings, you might find your air fryer wedges need a little more or a little less time. Mine is a tower air fryer, which you can find here.
