Halloumi will last for up to a year in the fridge if it remains unopened. Once opened, it should last around two weeks if properly wrapped or kept in a sealed tub or Tupperware container.

Being quite a hard cheese, halloumi actually freezes pretty well and will last in the freezer for around six months. Either freeze unopened in its original packaging or wrap tightly in cling film.
